UNION SQUARE YOGA LOGO DESIGN
USY is a yoga studio in Beirut that has a New York edge. Founder and teacher Danielle Abi Saab had a vision to bring a taste of Union Square, where people from different parts of the city come together in unison. From there, I started experimenting with the idea of 2 squares intersecting to create a new dimension.
From there, I realized that putting a squared text, inside a square, would create that effect while looking modern and bold, just like Dani’s vision.
The logo was also adapted to the “Aerial” yoga classes offered at the studio, requiring a color palette that is more extensive: ranging from bold colors, to more ethereal tones.
Aerial Yoga student Cards: the idea behind the 5 unique designs was that behind every purchase, the students’ yoga knowledge is deepening and their practice is getting richer- once the student gets all 5 designs, they get a free class.
